Wreck Penetration Diver
Overview
This course is to provide the diver with the skills and knowledge needed to gain experience and minimize risks in penetration wreck diving at depth 130 fsw or less. Wreck diving penetration is defined as diving inside a sunken vessel, aircraft, or similiar structure.
Wreck Penetration can be one of the most dangerous forms of overhead diving. With so many unknowns lurking behind every bulkhead, being properly trained becomes imperative. Learn the ins and out of wreck penetration and be prepared for the unknown.
This course may be combined with a decompression techniques course which will increase classroom and practical application time and the number of dive to be performed.
This course is sanctioned through TDI.
