Cavern Diver
(NACD & TDI)

 

This course prepares the students to dive in the cavern zone of water filled caves. The cavern zone is defined as still being able to see natural day light, maximum linear penetration of 200 feet, and depths not to exceed 100 feet, no restrictions smaller than two divers can pass through side by side.

 

Students can utilize basic openwater equipment but will need an underwater reel (minimum of a safety reel w/ 140' of line), and two portable light sources.
